Banana Cupcakes

We had a farewell morning tea at work, so I made these lactose/dairy free banana cupcakes with cream cheese icing (that part wasn't dairy free). I just substituted milk in the recipe for soy milk, so any recipe would work. I wanted to try out these cute little spoons for a while so this was the perfect opportunity. (Although I'm looking forward to using them next time I make lemon meringue cupcakes in baking cups - they get pretty messy to eat!)
